Graceful wrap around porches, lazy ceiling fans and tall bay windows warmly welcome visitors to Hoyt House, a grand mansion of yesteryear in the heart of the Historic District of Fernandina Beach.  
The Fairbanks House Bed and Breakfast nestled in the Victorian seaside village of historic Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island. An 1885 creation of famed architect, Robert Schuyler, The Fairbanks House is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. On one manicured acre, the four-story Italianate-style villa is graced with dormers, bay windows, massive chimneys and balustrade balconies and porches and a fifteen-foot tower.

The Bailey House is part of the picturesque and historic harbor of Fernandina Beach.
